A New Chapter for The Huddle: What’s Changing, and What’s Ahead

Over the past 18 months, the Inner Circle Membership has been a valued part of The Huddle’s community — a space where like-minded leaders gathered to grow, connect and create real change in their workplaces.


Today, we’re announcing that the Inner Circle will formally close at the end of this financial year.


This decision hasn’t been made lightly. It’s the result of months of internal reflection and honest conversations about where we can create the most impact. What’s become clear is this: our core focus at The Huddle — conflict transformation and leadership development — is where we’re most needed, and where we do our best work.


To do this work well, we’re streamlining how we support our community. That means letting go of the membership model so we can put more energy into the services that directly help leaders navigate complex team dynamics and build healthy workplace cultures.


What does this mean for Inner Circle members?

  • Memberships will end on 30 June 2025

  • Each member will receive a 50% refund on their current annual fee (processed during June and July)

  • Members will still have access to our Huddle Up events and workshops — just on a more intentional, focused schedule


Why this shift matters? This isn’t a goodbye — it’s a recommitment. To clarity. To purpose. To helping leaders show up for their teams with confidence and care.

Why is the Inner Circle Membership closing?

We’ve made the intentional decision to close the Inner Circle as of 30 June 2025. This shift reflects a refreshed focus at The Huddle — one that centres on conflict transformation and leadership support. As our services evolve, the membership model no longer aligns with how we best serve our community.


Will members receive a refund?

Yes. All current Inner Circle members will receive a 50% refund on this year’s membership fee. Refunds will be processed throughout June and July 2025

Do I need to request my refund?No need to do anything — we’ll process refunds automatically. If you have questions or your payment details have changed, feel free to get in touch at admin@thehuddle.net.au


Will Huddle Up events still run?

Yes! Our much-loved Huddle Up events and workshops will continue — just in a more focused format that aligns with our core services.


Is this the end of The Huddle?

Not at all. This is the beginning of a new chapter. While the Inner Circle is winding down, The Huddle remains committed to supporting leaders and teams through conflict transformation, leadership development, and culture-building.


How can I stay connected?

You’ll still receive invitations to our public workshops and events, and we’ll continue to share insights and updates through our newsletter which you will remain a part of.
