About the event
Join us for our September Huddle Up!Â
This Huddle Up we're focusing on mental health and looking after yourself and each other in the workplace. With special guest speakers Bel Ryan from Ignite Wellbeing and Tina Kendell Davis from Anytime Counselling, this informative evening is one you won't want to miss!
Bel Ryan passionately believes that everyone needs a safe space to be vulnerable, acknowledge their experiences, break through their barriers and realise true success, abundance, confidence, freedom, and purpose. As an experienced art therapist, counselor, facilitator, and mental health trainer working in pediatric palliative care, schools, and the health care industry, she is constantly amazed by the power of creativity to problem-solve, reflect, inspire, motivate, overcome adversity, and empower people to thrive. For as long as she can remember, Bel has been fascinated by people, their stories, and how those experiences impact their lives. She firmly believes in "keeping things real" by providing leaders, entrepreneurs, teams, individuals, and organisations with a creative and experiential approach that empowers people to communicate and make decisions around their mental well-being.
Tina Kendell-Davis has over 25 years of industry experience and is trained in education, sociology, psychology, and counseling. Having worked with thousands of people across her career, she carries a wealth of knowledge and experience in education and mental health. With an extensive career across various settings, Tina has hands-on experience in all levels - from primary through to tertiary education, from the employee through to CEO in mental health, and from the smallest of schools through to multimillion-dollar corporations. She considers herself a pracademic, delivering hands-on practical expertise to all levels of business, whilst meeting the needs of the individual along the way.
