About the event

About the event:

Today the business world is flat – we type our own letters, make our own calls and send our own emails.

The days of management by ‘command and control’ have passed. Job roles have become more flexible, and we no longer have the authority to make people do anything…. Generation Y has quickly become Generation

‘Why?’ Because of this, the need for us to be persuasive and influential has become even greater.

This workshop will look at the psychology of persuasion and influence and provide you with the tools to be persuasive.

Topics include:

• Passive, persuasive or pushy

• Rapport development and why you need to build a rapport bridge.

• “Facts tell, stories sell” How to use stories to increase your ability to persuade

• Cialdini’s six elements of persuasion. How and when to use them

• How to win peoples hearts as well as their minds

• How to think on your feet and answer questions

• How to develop your own persuasion plan

This workshop can be tailored to meet your team’s needs. The half day workshop includes design, delivery and workbook.
