About the event

Thriving Under Pressure – An Olympic Coach's Playbook for Leaders

The boardroom. The media spotlight. High-stakes deadlines. As a leader, the pressure never stops. But what if you could harness that pressure, turning it into fuel for exceptional performance?

As a high-performing CEO or General Manager, you're always looking for an edge. You know that the best insights and strategies often emerge from candid conversations with your peers. But finding the right environment for those conversations can be a challenge. That's where Conversations that Work comes in. We've created a unique forum where you can explore hard-to-talk-about topics, share your experiences, and learn from the best in a whole new way.

With the Paris Olympics just around the corner, join the first of a limited series of events with Olympic Coach, Mick Nelson, who knows firsthand what it means to thrive in high-stress environments.

This isn't a lecture; it's a dynamic conversation tailored to your challenges.

What You'll Gain:

  • Insider Strategies: Discover the mental models and tactics elite athletes and coaches use to perform under immense pressure.
  • Real-World Solutions: Get actionable advice for navigating scenarios like boardroom scrutiny, financial targets, staff turnover, and media pressure.
  • A New Perspective: Learn how to shift your mindset from "surviving" pressure to thriving in it.
  • Networking: Connect with other leaders facing similar challenges in a relaxed, engaging setting.

This Event is Perfect For You If:

  • You're a CEO or General Manager responsible for high-stakes decisions.
  • You're seeking fresh, proven approaches to managing stress and leading effectively.
  • You believe in continuous growth and learning from the best.
