Join the Huddle for our 9th birthday in your favourite footy team colours!

Gathering on the 9th of April at 5:30 pm in the Thomas Room at Unley Oval Community Hub, 25 Trimmer Terrace, Unley.

This Huddle Up we will be celebrating 9 years of The Huddle, with special guest Katie Iles. Katie will deliver a powerful session on leading across generations, equipping business leaders with the tools to bridge divides, maximise engagement, and cultivate thriving workplace culture.

A bit about Katie: Katie Iles is a leading authority on generational intelligence and leadership, and Director of The Praxis Collective - a social research and leadership consultancy. With a deeply values-driven career spanning corporate, not-for-profit, startups, and social enterprises, she has built and led high-performing teams across diverse sectors.

Katie translates complex generational shifts and leadership theory into practical strategies that empower. She interweaves qualitative insights with neuroscience, psychology, and cultural analysis to decode what truly drives human behaviour - helping leaders future-proof their organisations and create workplaces where people and potential flourish.
