About the event

In this thought-provoking session, Bel Ryan invites you to step into the pages of your workplace story and explore the roles we all play, how they shape workplace culture, and what happens when the plot thickens.

Through this experiential seminar, you’ll uncover:

  • The characters we embody at work and how our behaviours influence team dynamics, morale, and culture.

  • The hidden scripts driving workplace challenges, from communication breakdowns to burnout, and how to spot them.

  • Simple yet powerful solutions to rewrite the narrative by embracing self-awareness, intentional communication, and self-directed leadership.

This session will inspire you to create a culture where collaboration, trust, and resilience thrive. Learn how to transform villains into allies, celebrate the unsung heroes, and inspire everyone to take the lead in their own story.

By the end, you’ll walk away with tools to build stronger relationships, create a positive workplace culture, and ensure the next chapter of your workplace story is one of success and connection.

Are you ready to read, renew or rewrite your workplace story? Let’s create a narrative where everyone plays their best role!

A bit about Bel Ryan:

Bel Ryan passionately believes that everyone needs a safe space to be vulnerable, acknowledge their experiences, break through their barriers and realise true success, abundance, confidence, freedom, and purpose. As an experienced art therapist, counsellor, facilitator, and mental health trainer, she is constantly amazed by the power of creativity to problem-solve, reflect, inspire, motivate, overcome adversity, and empower people to thrive. For as long as she can remember, Bel has been fascinated by people, their stories, and how those experiences impact their lives. She firmly believes in "keeping things real" by providing leaders, entrepreneurs, teams, individuals, and organisations with a creative and experiential approach that empowers people to communicate and make decisions around their mental well-being.
